At Lune Sauvage Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to offer store credit under the following conditions:

Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains, or damage cannot be accepted.
- PLEASE EMAIL WITH ORDER NUMBER TO GET OUR RETURN MAIL ADDRESS. It is different from our store location address.

Store credit only
- All approved returns will be issued as store credit.
- We do not offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges.

Return shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
